The Proposal

One night on the phone Kim told Dale how it would be neat to have a date at a baseball stadium where you had the whole place to yourself and could have a picnic on the feild.

Three days later they attended their first game at Engel Stadium in Chattanooga, Tennessee -home of the Lookouts. While sitting in the stands Dale thought, "You never know until you ask." So he snuck away and did just that. With the help of Lookouts management, the plan fell into place.

Kim thought she was going to a Phil Keaggy concert not far from the stadium. They arrived early for the "concert" with Kim in her concert attire (including way-cool striped stockings) and decided to check on playoff tickets at the stadium. Kim thought she was being allowed into the stadium to be one of the first to see a new stadium addition, when really she was being let in to be asked to be an "addition" to the Suffridge family.
